Restaurants are very special to us. We enjoy fine dining and the experience of being in a great restaurant, that's why we put special emphasis on the planning, approaching the design from the kitchen out to the dinning hall, the bar and the public areas. As far as restaurants go, we know how important the service and the preparation is to the patron. We like to emphasize an open kitchen when possible, with clear views into the kitchen area,  taking advantage of any views when they are available. Bars are always best when the service area is accessible to all, and the bar area is designed with clear functional parameters. Bars are designed to be practical but aesthetically pleasing, we always strive for a well pleasing atmosphere were customers feel relaxed where the room feels pleasant but intimate.

Coffee bars are very much like bars but the feeling is much more casual relaxed and friendly, after all, this is were we like to meet with friends and have a coffee or a cup of tea. The areas should be welcoming and unpretentious with a great overall feeling and comfortable seating to enjoy your time there. The décor could be moody or just plain fun, depending on the clientele.
